Taking a moment each day or a few times a week to just sit down and write down everything you feel. Putting out your fear, your throughs, your feeling, your dreams, your to-do list… 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘨𝘰 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶…

Journaling is to create a safe, open, and therapeutic space for yourself to deposit your feeling and, in doing so, to process and release them…

Taking a moment for a deep breath, sit down in a peaceful place, and start writing down everything coming to your mind right now…

↠ 𝑵𝑶𝑻 𝑱𝑼𝑺𝑻 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑩𝑨𝑫
It’s easy to gripe (and important to work through challenges), but a gratitude list is a wonderful thing to keep you in touch with what’s working for you right now…

Sometimes maybe you just have one word to write, sometimes it can be 10 pages… Don’t judge yourself, the most important it’s to listen to yourself.

↠ 𝑻𝑨𝑲𝑬 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑻𝑰𝑴𝑬
Create a space and a moment to be just with you, not as an obligation but as a benediction. Just 15 minutes at least to converse with your soul…

At least not right away. Putting some distance between you and your feeling helps provide perspective, and allow you to reflect with more awareness and less attachment.

↠ 𝑭𝑰𝑵𝑫 𝑪𝑳𝑨𝑹𝑰𝑻𝒀
Strong emotions can be hard to understand and even hard to identify. Writing them down helps to understand them better… So to trust yourself more!

↠ 𝑹𝑬𝑫𝑼𝑪𝑬 𝑺𝑻𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑺
When you put words to paper, it feels like a weight had been lifted, you don’t have to carry all those heavy thoughts with you anymore… This reduces overall anxiety.

Lots of stuff that pass by you during life and give your good energy that could be nice to remember with gratitude...
